City Vision
The City Vision sets out what kind of place Portsmouth wants to be by 2040, what its people value, and what they want to prioritise when it comes to key areas of city life. Facilitated by the council, the vision was developed with input from more than 2,500 participants, including local residents and businesses, overseen by a partner board of 13 organisations and networks from across Portsmouth who continue to be committed to working together to help make the Imagine Portsmouth city vision for 2040 a reality.

Health and Care Portsmouth
Leads the development of health services locally, advocates for Portsmouth in the wider region and ensures integration between organisations to meet the needs of residents and create better value for money.

Brings together partners to respond to the climate agenda, developing a model for dispersed leadership around environmental issues.
Shaping Portsmouth
Brings together the business community to support wider outcomes, with a mission to create sustainable collaborations and innovative programmes which make Portsmouth Britain’s premier waterfront city in which to invest, live, learn, work and visit.
Hive Portsmouth
Works with local people, groups and organisations in a way that nurtures the strengths of individuals, families and communities and helps to build independence and self-reliance as an alternative to a reliance on traditional services. Delivers projects at a community level to support local people.
Portsmouth Creates
A catalyst organisation with a mission to bring together partners to enable change, nurture careers, foster business growth and raise the aspirations and ownership of culture within the city.
Portsmouth Education Partnership
Brings together all Portsmouth schools and partners to improve attainment and opportunities for all children and young people across the city, with priorities around driving inclusion, expectations and aspirations, as well as teacher recruitment and retention.
